It contains all the technical-functional ingredients needed to obtain milk ICE CREAMS WITHOUT ADDED SUGARS with an excellent structure, full, soft and creamy, practically indistinguishable from traditional ice cream, and above all stable over time and suitable for storage. Thanks to its technical completeness you can create any recipe with few weighings, perfectly balancing each flavour. Its polyol content is below the threshold established by law, so it is not necessary to declare on the label that excessive consumption may have laxative effects… in fact it was carefully formulated so it can be enjoyed in generous portions without any discomfort!

MICS 51

MICS51 is a blend of ingredients designed to replace sucrose, weight for weight, and thus create recipes of any type, reducing the sucrose content by up to a maximum of 50% (and in any case not more than 100 gr/kg of recipe).

FREDDY51 is a NUCLEUS 18-20 (usage dosage: 18-20%). It contains all the technical-functional ingredients needed to obtain delicious SEMI-FROZEN DESSERTS, with an excellent structure, full, soft and creamy, and above all stable over time and suitable for storage. Thanks to its powdered formulation, FREDDY 51 melts quickly in cream: just add your favourite flavour, whip everything in a planetary mixer and give free rein to your creativity!
